Bienvenido a Pacers. Estos Términos y Condiciones (“Términos”) regulan el acceso y uso de la aplicación móvil Pacers y de los servicios relacionados (en adelante, la “App”) ofrecidos por Jorge García Paradela, actuando como persona física y titular de la App (en adelante, el “Prestador” o “nosotros”).
Al registrarte, acceder o usar la App, aceptas estos Términos y nuestra Política de Privacidad. Si no aceptas total y plenamente estos Términos, no debes registrarte ni usar la App.
Pacers es una aplicación destinada a poner en contacto a personas para la práctica deportiva (invitaciones, organización de eventos, chat entre usuarios, valoraciones, etc.). Los usuarios pueden crear perfiles, publicar invitaciones, chatear y valorar actividades deportivas.
La App se encuentra en fase beta cerrada. Esto implica que el acceso está limitado a usuarios invitados. Durante la beta, el servicio puede presentar errores o interrupciones. Al usar la App aceptas expresamente:
Para usar la App es necesario crear una cuenta. Te comprometes a proporcionar datos veraces y a mantener la confidencialidad de tu contraseña. Si detectas un uso no autorizado de tu cuenta, notifícalo a admin@pacersapp.com.
No permitimos el uso por menores de 14 años sin consentimiento verificable de padres o tutores. En caso contrario, se eliminarán los datos y la cuenta asociada.
Te comprometes a:
Eres responsable del contenido que publiques (fotos, mensajes, valoraciones, etc.). El Prestador podrá eliminar o suspender contenido o cuentas que incumplan estos Términos. Puedes reportar abusos mediante el canal Help & Feedback o a admin@pacersapp.com.
Todos los derechos de la App pertenecen a Jorge García Paradela. Los usuarios conservan los derechos sobre el contenido que publiquen, pero otorgan una licencia limitada, no exclusiva, transferible y gratuita para usar, reproducir y mostrar su contenido dentro de la App y en comunicaciones relacionadas con el servicio.
El feedback enviado podrá ser utilizado por el Prestador sin compensación económica.
La App es gratuita e incluye publicidad no intrusiva (banners). Utiliza servicios de terceros como Apple Maps, sujetos a sus propias políticas de privacidad. No somos responsables de servicios o sitios externos.
Se aplican medidas razonables para proteger tus datos, aunque ningún sistema es infalible. Eres responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de tu contraseña.
El Prestador no será responsable por daños indirectos, pérdida de datos, lucro cesante ni por fallos durante la beta. El uso de la App se realiza bajo tu propio riesgo.
Podremos suspender o eliminar cuentas por incumplimiento de estos Términos o por abuso de recursos. También podremos limitar temporalmente funcionalidades por mantenimiento.
El tratamiento de tus datos personales se rige por la Política de Privacidad. Puedes ejercer tus derechos RGPD contactando en admin@pacersapp.com o 15169.
Podemos modificar estos Términos por motivos legales o técnicos. Notificaremos los cambios relevantes en la App o por correo electrónico. El uso continuado implica aceptación.
Aceptas indemnizar al Prestador frente a reclamaciones derivadas de tu uso indebido de la App o incumplimiento de estos Términos.
Estos Términos se rigen por la legislación española. Las partes se someten a los tribunales de A Coruña, salvo disposición legal en contrario.

Si alguna cláusula de estos Términos es considerada inválida, las demás seguirán siendo aplicables en su totalidad.

Welcome to Pacers. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the Pacers mobile application and related services (hereinafter, the "App") provided by Jorge García Paradela, acting as a natural person and owner of the App (hereinafter, the "Provider" or "we").
By registering, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not fully agree, you must not use or register on the App.
Pacers is an application designed to connect people for sports activities (invitations, event organization, chat between users, ratings, etc.). Users can create profiles, post invitations, chat, and rate sports events.
The App is currently in a closed beta phase, meaning that access is limited to invited users only. During this period, the service may experience bugs, interruptions, or data loss. By using the App, you expressly accept that:
To use the App, users must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to maintain the confidentiality of your password. Notify admin@pacersapp.com immediately if you detect any unauthorized use of your account.
The App is not intended for children under 14 years of age without verifiable parental consent. If we detect such usage, the account and related data will be deleted.

Users are solely responsible for the content they post (photos, messages, ratings, etc.). The Provider reserves the right to remove or suspend any content or account that violates these Terms. You may report inappropriate content through the Help & Feedback section or by contacting admin@pacersapp.com.
All rights to the App (including code, design, trademarks, and logos) belong to Jorge García Paradela. Users retain ownership of the content they post but grant the Provider a limited, non-exclusive, transferable, and royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content within the App and related communications.
Any feedback submitted by users may be used freely by the Provider without financial compensation.
The App is free to use and includes non-intrusive banner ads. It integrates third-party services such as Apple Maps, which are subject to their own privacy policies. The Provider is not responsible for third-party sites or services.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, though no system is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
The Provider shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, loss of profits, or service interruptions during the beta phase. Use of the App is entirely at your own risk.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse system resources. We may also temporarily disable certain features for maintenance or updates.
The processing of your personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy. You may exercise your GDPR rights by contacting us at admin@pacersapp.com or 15169.
We may update these Terms for legal, technical, or service-related reasons. You will be notified of significant changes within the App or by email. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the changes.
You agree to indemnify and hold the Provider harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your improper use of the App or breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit to the courts of A Coruña, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
